Facebook Account Recovery is different from Password Recovery and is only necessary if
your account has been disabled.
Disabling of account may happen intentionally,
you can decide at any time to opt-out of Facebook if you ever feel like you've
had enough of the drama.
In other cases, due to some reasons, the Admin,
otherwise known as the Facebook Administration, may close your account.
This
may happen if your account is reported by any user for imposing identity or
fraud.
When this happens, the only way to recover your account will be by
submitting an appeal.
Depending
on the circumstances in which the account was disabled, your appeal may or may
not be granted. The steps for each process will be taken one after the other
below:
How to Recover a Self Disabled Account
In
order to use the Facebook recovery process to recover your account. First,
ensure your account can still be recovered.
This depends on the way the account
was deleted; if your account was deleted temporarily, it can be recovered using
the Facebook recovery steps at any time you want.
However, if your account was
nominated for deletion, you only have a period of 14 days to reverse it and log
back in.
Note
any account nominated for deletion can't be recovered after 14 days of
nomination.
Try creating a new account if you fall in this category and your
account has been deleted. Once you’ve
confirmed your account can be recovered. Log on to the Facebook website
www.Facebook.com on your computer or device. This will take you to the Facebook
homepage.

or phone” text box on

the password for the account in the “password” text box which is beside the “email or phone”
text box.
o Click
on the blue “log in” button beside the “password”
text box.

will take you to your account directly if it is still accessible. If you are
prompted to cancel or confirm the deletion, click “cancel deletion”
icon to continue to your Facebook account. You can now continue using your
account the way it was before you disabled it.
How to Recover Facebook Account By Submitting An Appeal

website. Enter your account email and password, and click on log in.
If you
gain direct access to your account, then it was not disabled but if a message
shows up saying “account
disabled”, that means
Facebook has blocked your account and you will need to send an appeal to see if
it is recoverable.
Once
you’ve confirmed
that the account was blocked, log on to
https://www.Facebook.com/help/www/103873106370583/ on a computer. This will take you to a page
with a heading “My Personal
Facebook Account is Disabled”.

an appeal” hypertext
which is at the right of the “if
you think your account was disabled by mistake, please” text.
This will lead you to an appeal form.

if the form opens a page for you to log
out.
On the page, that shows up after you click to submit an appeal, enter the
account email address or phone number in the “login
email address or mobile phone number”

and upload your ID picture from your computer. Add additional information for
your appeal in the “additional
info” box and click
on the “send” button at the bottom of the form.
Your
appeal will be sent to Facebook. You will receive a message from Facebook that
you can now access your account if the account deactivation was revoked.
