How to set AOL on iPhone

Setting up AOL mail on iPhone can be done by anyone because off its simplicity.

boot your iPhone and move to the settings button
scroll down and tap on mail, contacts, and calendars
Click on “ Add Account” and select “other”
click and “Add Mail Account” and enter the following information; name: (your name), email:(your AOL email address), password:(your AOL Email password), description(AOL)
Click on IMAP under “incoming mail” and then fill in the following information.
Hostname: (imap.aol.com), user name: (email), password: (your email password).
Move down under the “outgoing mail server” and fill the following information stated below. Hostname: (smtp.aol.com), username: (email), password: (your email password).
Click on the Save button and select your email address on the next screen.
Move down under the “outgoing mail server” and choose “SMTP”.
Below the main server select smtp.aol.com and make sure the information SSL: (SSL), Serverport (587) is displayed.
Click then on done and go to the previous screen. Select “advanced” and make sure the following information SSL: (SSL), serverport :( imap.aol.com) is correct.

If then you followed the instructions as stated above correctly, kindly go back to the previous screen page and restart your iPhone to finish the setup.
