How to Apply for First Citizens Smart Option Credit Card
Application forms can be accessed on the general homepage of
the card and click on the "Apply" button and then click on the
"Open" link on the second page.
Step 1 - You are required to provide all required personal
details
Step 2 - Next to your Housing information is required, so fill
the space provided with the info required.
Step 3 - Next to your Information on Employment is required,
Choose the job status that best describes your situation, and fill the fields
accordingly. You also need to show your annual earnings.
Step 4 - If you have not already done so, read the terms and
conditions, if you agree, click to submit your application for confirmation
How to sign in
Go to the FCB login page, enter the customer ID and password
in the field provided.
If you have forgotten some of your login information, simply
click on the specific link that relates to the info you want to recover. On the
next page, you will be asked for your ATM / Debit Card number, PIN, zip code,
and customer ID or password as the case may be.
